Wharf Lane teamed up with key partners in the Canadian theatre and opera community to bring this residential-to-commercial conversion to life as the Festival Players home in Prince Edward County. These buildings (310 and 312 Main) started life as one of the Village’s first single family homes. Our renovation unearthed a hidden history of numerous expansions, including a mortise and tenon drive shed and an early 20thC commercial unit. Next to 310-312, at 314 Main we helped breathe life into an old Main Street home in desperate need of love.
